Donate NowFounded by inABLE in 2023, Kang’aru Digital Hub in Kairi, Kiambu County, is a community-based centre expanding access to technology, digital literacy, coding, and inclusive learning for learners, young people, teachers, and persons with disabilities. The hub equips underserved community members with practical digital skills and the confidence to pursue educational, employment, entrepreneurship, and innovation opportunities. Since its launch, the hub has reached 2,985 beneficiaries, including 414 regular learners currently participating in digital skills activities.
Key Impact Summary Since opening in August 2025, the inABLE Isinya Digital Hub has expanded access to inclusive digital learning in Kajiado County. Through accessible devices, structured ICT and coding training, teacher support, and dedicated opportunities for persons with disabilities, the Hub is helping learners, young people, and adults build practical digital skills, confidence, and independence for education, employment, and community participation. To date, the Hub has reached 2,173 beneficiaries, including 388 learners currently enrolled in the school-based program.
